Steps to Replace the Scissors in the Gun
1.Slide the aluminum slide rail.

2. Unscrew both ends of the extruder gun, and open the front cover of the gun.

3. Tear off the decorative cover of the gun’s handle.

4. Loosen a screw inside the rear part of the gun.

5. Remove the two screws on the left side of the internal handle.

6. After completing the above steps, open the cover on one side of the gun.

7. Remove the screws from the needle and regulator (if the regulator is installed).

8. Toggle the internal motor rotor to move the scissors to the front edge

9. After removing the screw from the lower part of the needle, gently lift and remove the scissors.

10. After removing the screws, align the threaded holes of the replacement scissors with the holes of the scissor plate spring to lock them in place.

11. Insert the mounted scissors into the front of the gun, taking care to align the protruding elliptical structures (semi-circular limit structures on both sides of the scissor slide).

12. (Optional)If the scissors are not in the correct closed position, press on both sides to ensure the tips of the scissors' blades meet.

13. Rotate the motor so that the scissors retract to the following position. Note: The motor’s rotation direction is not limited; the mechanism will cycle, which will not affect the final result.

14. Align the screw holes on the needle and regulator (if needed) and the screw holes at the front of the gun body, then insert and tighten the screws.

15. If the trigger structure has detached, align one side of the trigger key with the internal throttle reed. If the throttle structure is still secure, you can skip this step.

16. Insert the screws into the screw holes on the side of the gun body.

17. After the screws are secured, close both sides of the gun body and tighten the screws.

18. Reinstall the two screws on the gun handle and align the rubber of the handle.

19. Use a hard object to push and restore the aluminum slide rail. Note: Using a hard object like a rod may scratch the outer gun case.

20. Close the front cover of the gun, and the scissor replacement is complete.

Regulator Installation (Optional)
Function of the RegulatorAdjusts the size of the threading hole, accommodating a wider variety of yarn types, plies, and thicknesses. Effectively prevents yarn from slipping off.

1. Remove the front of the gun case, and take out the screw from the needle.
2. Align the oval hole of the regulator with the screw hole on the needle.
3. Slide the regulator to adjust the size of the threading hole, ensuring it fits the thickness of the yarn.
4. Reinsert the screw from step 1 and tighten it securely.
